Construction has been in the Ahrens Family for many decades. Starting with Ahrens & Wells Construction, founded in 1957 by Terry Ahrens and Richard Wells. Both well respected in the community, surrounding towns, & throughout WNY for their character and quality of work. To name a few of their community projects, you have the expansion of the original Building of the Goya canning factory in Angola NY. The construction of the Sturgeon Point Marina in Derby NY, Numerous highway bridges and residential homes throughout the surrounding towns. I also would like to recognize my Grandfather Don Ahrens U.S. Navy Vet. Ret. worked on many of these projects mentioned. We miss you Grampa! Ahrens Building Corp. was founded in 2006 in East Hampton NY by Charles Ahrens in which the company has focused on new & old residential construction ranging from modern to historic, Complete gut renovations and additions. We like to describe ourselves as a small highly specialized boutique, giving you a unique and more personalized experience.   Our areas of operations include Montauk, Amagansett, East Hampton, Wainscott, Sag Harbor, Sagaponack, Bridgehampton, Watermill, Southampton, Hampton Bays, Remsenburg, Oyster Bay, Dix hills, Melville, Brightwaters, Manhassett.
